Some New Books for Your E-reader!!

Bound to the Groom

I always enjoy alerting my readers to some great books when they hit the shelves, virtual or otherwise.  There are three out this week I’d like to let you know about.

The first up is a historical romance by the wildly talented Megan Mulry, called Bound to be a Groom.  It’s her first historical standalone, and it’s playful, passionate, and…well, really hot!  If you like your historicals extra-spicy, I strongly suggest you try out Megan’s new book.

If you like your historicals mixed with suspense, you need to check out Robyn DeHart’s new book, The Temptations of Anna Jacobs.

First of all, isn’t that an amazing cover?  Second of all, Robyn is a fantastic writer, and this book has a real twist with its Jack the Ripper, Victorian-era suspense plot.  You can get all the deets on Robyn’s website.  (BTW, I’m running a Kindle giveaway of the book on my facebook page, if you want to check it out.)

Finally, there’s a new paranormal romance anthology in town, and it’s ripping up the charts.  Dark and Deadly: 8 Bad Boys of Paranormal Romance, features stories by wonderful authors like Jennifer Ashley, Laurie London, and Erin Kellison.  It’s currently on sale for a short time for ONLY 99 cents, so you definitely want to check this one out.

Happy reading!

PS.  My pal Robyn DeHart has a new historical romance out today, and it looks fabulous:

No Ordinary Mistress

Even better, it’s only 99 cents, so you’d better check it out!

We Have A Winner!!

The winner of Robyn DeHart’s book is LaRonda Atchison.  Congratulations! I’ll be in touch.

Thanks to everyone for stopping by the blog.  Drop by tomorrow to meet contemporary romance author Donna Marie Rogers.

Guest Author: Robyn DeHart & Giveaway!!

I’m so happy to feature Jaunty Quills sister Robyn DeHart on the blog today.  Robyn is an award-winning author who writes fantastic Victorian historical romance; she specializes in adventurous, unique, and very romantic stories with strong, smart heroines.  The Chicago Tribune calls her books “wonderfully entertaining,” and her readers would surely agree.

Robyn has a new book out in her Forbidden Love Trilogy, called A Little Bit Scandalous.

A Little Bit Scandalous

Isn’t that a gorgeous cover?  Here’s the blurb for A Little Bit Scandalous:

A woman in search of a gamble…

Mathematics prodigy, Caroline Jellico, plans to support herself by winning big in the gaming hells of London—while dressed as a boy. She’s tired of waiting for the elusive Roe to notice her. She’ll marry him or no man.

A gambler in need of redemption…

Monroe Grisham, Duke of Chanceworth, needs to marry off his beautiful young ward and ensure she attaches herself to the right man, not an irresponsible cad like him. But all grown up now, Caroline’s presence is an utter distraction. One he can neither act on nor deny.

A game of seduction…

But when Roe and Caroline meet across the gaming table, all bets are off. Seduction is in the cards and the winner will take all…or lose everything.

That sounds great, doesn’t it?  This is sure to be as delicious as the other books in the Forbidden Love Trilogy, so I’d advise my readers to get their copy of A Little Bit Scandalous immediately!

A Little Bit

For my readers today, Robyn is giving away a copy of the first book in her Forbidden Love series, A Little Bit Wicked.  Just tell me what kind of heroine you like in historical romances–the experienced widow, the bluestocking scientist, or the young debutante about to take on the world?  One person who comments will win a copy of Robyn’s new book.  And don’t forget to check out Robyn’s website and follow her on facebook and Twitter!
